By accessing or using the Devitify platform, including the admin console and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Devitify provides a product studio platform including project management, team collaboration, content management, and AI-powered tools. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Devitify platform are owned by Devitify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Client deliverables are transferred upon full payment as specified in individual agreements.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of using the service. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical data, project details, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devitify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in France.
